The Edge Chromium Blocker Toolkit allows you to selectively block Windows from automatically updating Microsoft Edge to Microsoft Edge Chromium, thereby ensuring compatibility between Microsoft Edge and your other applications and extensions.
Use it to remove the Edge Chromium Update Block registry key and allow Microsoft Edge to be updated with Microsoft Edge Chromium.

To use it manually, run EdgeChromium_Blocker.cmd and navigate to the EdgeChromium_Blocker.cmd /B command line. To add the registry key to block Edge Chromium updates automatically, run EdgeChromium_Blocker.cmd /B. To remove the registry key, run EdgeChromium_Blocker.cmd /U.

As for information on where to get more information about the Microsoft Edge Chromium Blocker Toolkit, there’s not much that can be found about it. You can see the specification for the EdgeChromium_Blocker.cmd program by going to the Source Code Download tab on the Microsoft Edge Chromium Blocker Toolkit download page.
As far as I can tell, EdgeChromium_Blocker.cmd is a wrapper that acts as a kind of front-end for the EdgeChromium_Blocker.admx and EdgeChromium_Blocker.adml files contained in the downloaded package.
